Corporate Culture
Corporate culture is a collective group of attitudes and behaviors that can be dictated by policy but eventually becomes engrained as like-minded people are hired.
- People who are at odds with corporate culture are less likely to succeed in the company.
- Secondly, the policy exists to ensure that the company operates within the parameters of laws and regulations. Non-compliance with policy can place you or your company at risk of being in violation of the law.
