52 HVAC Knowledge Course Description

The HVAC Knowledge course will focus on HVAC systems, maintenance, and repair. In this course, students will become familiar with the building management system, boilers, and heating and cooling systems. Students will learn the theoretical knowledge related to boiler operation and maintenance, fuel and combustion, heating systems, human comfort, and refrigeration. During this course, students will complete practice exercises and chapter quizzes to show their understanding, as well as a practical demonstration of tasks during the on-site work practicum at the end of the program.
